Meichen's practice-based research ‘Memoirs of my vulva’ examines what new understanding emerges from an exploratory practice creating autobiographical graphical narratives. Basically,  All of her practice discusses sexual relationships and experiences relates her exploration during her genitalia’s growth, in other words, the progress of becoming conscious of the genitalia. Meichen's exhibited works originally aimed to investigate narrative methods and the principles for applying symbols in her practice; the series practice of directly drawing on the wall that additionally explored the methods of displaying comics in a gallery or social milieus.
